Thick spaghetti like pasta with sauted Italian crispy pancetta, black pepper, parmesan & cream (or can be made the traditional way with Italian egg yolk).

Love this made the Italian traditional way, pale yoke too, delicious and not too heavy as not so creamy.

I've had this dish before - don't know what went wrong this time the whole takeaway meal was just awful!
